Size exchanges
You may request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.

Size exchanges depend on available stock. Please check our size chart before ordering. We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or changes of mind..

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email lostrynco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and cover any required return shipping.

How to request an exchange or report an issue
